Toluene Diamine (TDI / TDA)​

    TDA is a key intermediate in the production of toluene diisocyanate(TDI), manufactured via hydrogenation of dinitrotoluene. JOECHRE filters are used across multiple stages of the process: for catalystpreparation, recovery during hydrogenation, and final purification. Incatalyst recovery, the system operates in JOECHRE mode with slurrydischarge, while in final polishing, JOECHRE is used to filter andwash toxic mother liquors before dry cake discharge. The ability tointegrate washing, drying, and contained solids removal in one systemimproves product purity and supports safe handling of hazardousintermediates.
