    Synthetic fiber production involves polymerization and spinning of materials such as nylon, polyester, or acrylics, where gel particles and fines must be removed to prevent nozzle clogging and ensure uniform fiber quality. JOECHRE filtration systems are used to clarify polymer solutions, remove catalyst residues, or treat additives before fiber extrusion.
