Introduction
JOECHRE High Flow Filter Housings adopt high-flow pleated cartridges, which are widely used for large-flow security filtration, cleaning filtration, backwash filtration, condensate filtration and other working conditions in water treatment. Drawing on years of filtration technology experience and continuous optimization of structure and manufacturing processes, our large flow rate filters feature compact structure, advanced craftsmanship and stable and reliable performance, gaining extensive application across multiple industries.
The equipment is compatible with imported high-flow pleated cartridges from brands including 3M, Parker and Pall, delivering a larger effective filtration area and ensuring stable filtration performance even in limited installation space.
Advantages
1.The filter makes full use of the filtration area. Under the same treatment capacity, it achieves lower pressure drop and higher actual flow rate, which is more energy-saving in theory.
2.The horizontal design facilitates pipeline layout and creates a neat and orderly on-site installation.
3.Equipped with integrated lifting arms and flexible connecting structures, the filter requires no additional travelling cranes or operating platforms, cutting extra costs for users. Meanwhile, it enables more convenient and safer maintenance operations.
4.It eliminates two common drawbacks of vertical filters: residual liquid flowing into clean areas after shutdown, and small parts such as impurities, tools, screws and nuts falling into the tank during maintenance (which are difficult to clean up). The design thoroughly separates the clean area from the feed area.
5.Its maintenance and cleaning costs are lower compared with vertical filters.
6.It is specially suitable for working conditions with large treatment capacity and features lower overall equipment cost.

Single cartridge delivers high flow rate: A 40-inch cartridge reaches a maximum flow of 350 gallons per minute (1325 liters per minute).

Precision machined partition plates for cartridge sealing: Manufactured by CNC precision boring to completely prevent liquid bypass leakage.
Reinforced internal and external support for cartridges: Effectively avoids cartridge shaking and deflection during operation, and guarantees reliable sealing performance.
Quick opening structure with lifting ring bolts: Simplifies equipment maintenance and cartridge replacement.
Universal cartridge dimensions: Outer diameter 6 inches; available lengths: 40 inches and 60 inches.
Available filtration grades: 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 70, 90, 150 micrometers (μm).
