Sanitary air breather Valve

Introduction
The sanitary air breather Valve  includes two types: the JQP Sanitary air breather Valve and the JQH Sanitary air breather Valve.
The JQP model is mainly installed on pure water storage tanks to filter gas during ventilation. It isolates internal gas from the outside environment, prevents contamination and ensures smooth gas discharge. The JQH in-line type is fully designed in compliance with sanitary standards and GMP requirements. It features a dead-space-free structure for easy cleaning, with sanitary polishing up to 0.3 μm; electropolishing is also available.
Developed in accordance with GMP regulations, this product serves as a standard vent filter for storage tanks, batching tanks, water for injection tanks and other similar equipment. It overcomes the defects of conventional vent filters such as crude structure and unreasonable cartridge connections, as well as the problem of cartridges being pushed up during ventilation. Adopting a design of bottom condensate drainage and top air exchange and fitted with a 90° sanitary tri-clamp elbow, it prevents secondary contamination caused by airborne particles, dust and microorganisms settling directly on the cartridge surface. It is highly recommended for pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical equipment enterprises.
Features
1.Manufactured with sanitary design, no dead corners and easy to clean. The polishing finish reaches 0.3 μm, and electropolishing is optional.
2.The elbow-type design of QP model blocks large external impurities from entering the filter and damaging the cartridge.
