Gas Filters

Introduction
The housing of this gas filter is designed to accommodate tubular sintered filter cartridges with outer diameters of φ22, φ40 and φ60. The cartridges are made of stainless steel and titanium metal, serving to remove impurities from steam and high-temperature gas.
The filter is designed in accordance with GB150-2011 Pressure Vessels. It is fitted with PN16 flanges complying with HG20592-2009 standard, and its internal and external surfaces are mechanically polished. It is primarily used for impurity removal of sterilizing steam.
This filter is used to separate particles from gas. Equipped with different cartridges, it can be applied to the filtration of high-purity gas, high-temperature gas, sterile gas and other media.

1.Premium sanitary polishing: the surface roughness of inner wall reaches 0.3 μm and outer wall 0.4 μm, fully meeting sanitary requirements.
2.The filter cartridge adopts 226 double-seal bayonet connection for excellent sealing performance.
3.The filter barrel can be configured with quick-fit structure for easy cartridge replacement.
4.Compatible with various cartridges for gas filtration in scenarios including high-purity gas, high-temperature gas, sterile gas, fermentation and general industrial applications.
