Core function — support and secure the filter bag: The basket is placed inside the body of the bag filter to hold and support the filter bag. It prevents the bag from deforming, tearing, or collapsing under pressure during filtration, ensuring stable operation.
Ensure even fluid distribution: The basket's structural design allows the liquid to be filtered to flow evenly across the entire surface of the filter bag, avoiding short-circuiting or localized over-pressure, thus improving filtration efficiency and precision.
Material and Manufacturing Features：
Common materials: To meet corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and hygiene standards, baskets are mostly made from 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel. In special applications (e.g., highly corrosive environments or food-grade requirements), other alloys or hygienic-compliant materials such as PP (polypropylene) may also be used.

The basket does not need frequent replacement, but when replacing filter bags, inspect the basket for deformation, blockage, or corrosion.
For cleaning, remove the basket and rinse with clean water or an appropriate cleaning agent to remove any deposits.
