JQB Single Bag Filter Housings

Introduction
The JQB Single Bag Filter Housings is made by integral investment casting. The recessed cover single bag filter adopts a side-inlet and bottom-outlet filtration method. The side-entry structure can be connected with any inlet direction. The simple filter structure makes cleaning easier. The adjustable bag clamping device ensures better sealing performance. The bolted fastening and precision-cast top cover design can withstand higher pressure.

The top cover handle is designed with ergonomics for easy opening.
The top cover can adapt to different opening methods, flexibly operated according to the on-site environment.
Side-entry inlet and removable top cover prevent filtrate overflow during opening.
Special pressure ring design provides 360° bag clamping with no bypass leakage.
Working Principle
Material flows from the bag filter inlet into the filter bag. Particles larger than the bag's filtration pore size are trapped on the inner surface or within the filter bag. The purified liquid passes through the filter bag from inside to outside and exits through the bag filter outlet.
