JQDB-1 Multi- bag filter housing

Introduction
The JQDB-1 Multi- bag filter housing is made of stainless steel material, hence also known as stainless steel multi-bag filter. It is a novel-structured, compact, easy-to-operate, energy-saving, high-efficiency, sealed working filter suitable for large flow filtration, capable of accommodating more impurities, and ideal for occasions where filter bags need to be replaced after a longer period of use. The maximum single-unit flow rate is 60–960 m³/h, greatly improving production efficiency. The lifting bolt swing arm quick-open design allows rapid and reliable filter bag replacement, effectively reducing production interruption caused by element replacement, with convenient daily maintenance.

Working Principle
The JQDB-1 Multi- bag filter housing is a positive-pressure filtration device, mainly composed of the filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel filter bag support nets, etc. The filtrate flows into the filter bags from the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bags are installed inside the reinforced net baskets. Liquid penetrates through the filter bags of the required precision grade to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are trapped inside the filter bags. Filtration consumes virtually no material.
