Product Introduction
JQD Series Self-cleaning filter is a new high-efficiency selfcleaning filter that automatically removes particulate impurities from the inner surface of the filter element via mechanical scraping, enabling continuous online filtration. Designed primarily for high-viscosity filtration, it handles viscosities up to 800,000 mPa·s and offers a filtration accuracy range of 50–1500 μm. It provides precise filtration, rapidly scraping impurities off the element surface for highly efficient contaminant removal, making it suitable for water and various viscous liquids. Manufactured to high-performance, high-quality, and high-reliability standards, it meets international top-class quality levels.
Traditional filters frequently clog when processing viscous materials and soft impurities, forcing users to adopt oversized filters or perform laborintensive manual cleaning. This results in high investment, heavy workloads, and significant material waste. The pneumatic scraper-type selfcleaning filter easily solves these problems with advanced self-cleaning operation. It maintains consistent filter element cleanliness, discharges highconcentration impurity wastewater, and reduces material loss. It excels at filtering poor-quality water and viscous substances such as adhesives, resins, polymers, and oils, delivering superior efficiency. With notable technical advantages and low operating costs, it is gradually replacing traditional manual filters in many fields, including vibrating screens, bag filters, basket filters, and certain backwash-type filters.
Working Principle
Filtration Mode
Liquid enters through the inlet. A spring-loaded disc scraper is pressed tightly against the inner surface of the filter element and rests at the top. Liquid passes through the scraper, flows outward from the filter’s inner surface, and impurities are trapped on the inner surface, while clean liquid exits through the outlet. As impurities accumulate over time, the differential pressure rises, triggering cleaning either by preset pressure difference or timer.
Cleaning Mode
A pneumatic cylinder drives the scraper to move up and down reciprocally to clean the filter element.
On the downstroke: Impurities are pushed to the bottom of the filter; heavy particles settle into the dirt collection chamber.
On the upstroke: Residual impurities are scraped off and pushed to the top of the filter element, then flushed away by the flowing liquid. They pass through the scraper back to the inner surface and are removed on the next downstroke.
Each cleaning cycle consists of several strokes. Once cleaned, the filter regains full filtration capacity. Filtration continues normally during cleaning with no flow interruption.
Discharge Mode
After multiple cleaning cycles, when impurities reach a set level, the drain valve opens automatically to discharge wastewater with high impurity concentration. The discharged liquid can be recovered if required. Product Introduction

Filter Element Series
MS Series Filter Elements
MS filter elements feature long-slot filter openings with isosceles trapezoid cross-sections for slots, which prevent impurity jamming and sustain stable flow rate over long-term service. The slot width on the inner surface defines the filtration precision; the elements deliver high open area ratio with uniformly sized slots, covering a precision range of 50~1500 microns. A scraper removes contaminants along the slot orientation, meeting general filtration requirements. Boasting smooth inner surfaces and precise circularity, the filter elements achieve excellent scraping performance. Manufactured via integrated precision forming, they feature robust construction and outstanding durability. Constructed from 316L stainless steel screen, the elements offer superior corrosion resistance and are applicable for filtration of difficult contaminants including oily sludge and soft agglomerated impurities.
NS Series Filter Elements
Fabricated with advanced micro-hole machining technology, NS filter elements adopt short-slot filter holes. The slot width on the inner surface corresponds to filtration precision while outer surface slots are slightly wider; slots with isosceles trapezoid cross-sections avoid channel clogging by impurities, with precision ranging from 125 to 500 microns. Designed for precise filtration, they efficiently eliminate impurities larger than the rated pore size and fit applications demanding stringent filtration quality. With smooth inner faces and accurate roundness for reliable scraping effect, the 316L stainless steel filter screen provides excellent anti-corrosion capability; additionally, the inner surface undergoes specialized hardening and wear-resistant treatment for extended service life. These elements can filter hard-to-treat contaminants such as oily sludge, soft agglomerates and fibrous impurities.
AS Series Filter Elements
Produced with advanced micro-hole processing technology, AS filter elements are equipped with round filter holes. The inner-surface hole diameter determines filtration precision, and outer-surface holes are dimensionally larger to form flared trumpet-shaped channels that effectively resist impurity blockage, with precision spanning 50~1000 microns. Thanks to round filter holes, the elements realize precise filtration and complete removal of all contaminants exceeding the pore size, ideal for scenarios with ultra-high standards for filtration quality. Smooth inner surfaces and precise circularity guarantee superior scraping results. Made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel screen and with inner surfaces subject to dedicated hardening and anti-abrasion treatment, the elements are long-lasting. They are competent for filtering troublesome contaminants including oily sludge, soft agglomerated impurities and fibrous impurities.
